Love this blog Patty! I think you have done a lovely job designing it. I noticed you said you like to take on some writing challenges. I have started a blog just for a weekly Flash Fiction writing challenge called, “Flash Fiction for Aspiring Writers.” (That is also the name of the blog). There will only be one email per week from the blog and it will be the weekly challenge itself. So those who follow the blog will not be inundated with mail in their inboxes from it. Hope you will participate! They are short flash fiction stories that are fun and addicting! LOL

The only email you will receive from this site will be the weekly challenge post with the prompt photo. (Your email won’t be getting swamped with emails from this blog). Each Wednesday I will post the prompt and everyone who is participating will have until the following Wednesday (Tuesday midnight (NYtime) cutoff time) to submit their story. When I post the challenge, you will receive it in your email (so make sure you select instant email for your subscription preference). When you go into the site to follow it, look at the bottom of the page for the follow button (it isn’t on the sidebar because the theme doesn’t have a sidebar).
